In the unlikely event that your puppy passes away within one year of birth due to a genetic condition, or is diagnosed within two years with an inherent or hereditary defect that severely affects its health, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost. The cause of death or diagnosis must be verified in writing by a licensed veterinarian. Additionally, if a genetic-related death occurs after two years but within ten years of the puppy’s birth, we will issue a credit worth 70% of the original purchase price toward a new puppy of comparable value. This must also be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.

If any issue arises, we always do our very best to help, even in situations that may fall outside of our health guarantee. Although we can’t promise that your Dachshund will never experience a health concern, we can promise that we will do everything within our power to make sure your new family member starts life happy, healthy, and strong.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
